We want to give back to the regions we visit. We are emailing all schools a unique trackable promo code to share with your school community, families and teachers. Not received a code? Get in touch!
Your school receives a 10% cash rebate (after GST) on all eligible ticket sales made using your specific code.
We supply you with a digital promo pack containing newsletter templates, pre-written social media captions and graphics to drop right into your school notices.
No messy admin - everything is tracked automatically.
Bring your students for exclusive 1 hour school group sessions on our opening Fridays between 10am-2pm. Treat them to a massive dose of active fun on the country’s most legendary course. Students must be in years 3 and above to participate in a school booking.
Controlled intakes to ensure total participation safety, flow and optimal course capacity.
To keep this an inclusive, high-vibe group experience, students are not individually timed. Check in is a simple headcount verification at the front gate - no complex name lists required!
Direct invoice options tailored to school budget scales.

The challenge: create a short, high-energy video (60–90 seconds) showing how your class lives The Ninja Code. At The Ninja Run, being a ninja is about more than conquering obstacles. It's about building strong bodies, strong minds, and strong friendships every day.
Show us how your class demonstrates the Ninja Code through:
Staying active, trying new things, challenging yourselves.
Showing resilience, creativity, problem-solving and a growth mindset.
Teamwork, kindness, inclusion and supporting one another.
Get creative with your class project! Your video could include action shots, classroom moments, interviews, skits, dance, sport, music or anything else that brings your class's Ninja Spirit to life.
*The most creative, authentic and inspiring class IN EACH CITY will win a FREE trip to The Ninja Run!*
The Ninja Run is all about the community vibe, and we want to hear the sounds of your school! We are opening up dedicated performance zones along our course for student musicians and acoustic acts to lift the atmosphere and entertain the crowds.

We’d love to invite your Year 12 and 13 students to be part of The Ninja Run as official Volunteers.
This is a fantastic opportunity for senior students to gain real-world volunteering experience at a large-scale community event, while developing confidence, communication skills, teamwork, responsibility, and customer-facing experience.
Volunteers must be reliable, energetic, fun-loving team players.
They will need to attend the initial briefing and training session, usually held on Thursday or Friday from 4:30pm–6:30pm, which includes a lap of the course, uniform issue, training, and food.
They must also be able to commit to 2 x 5-hour shifts, with shift options usually being:
9:00am–2:00pm
2:00pm–7:00pm

As a thank-you, each volunteer will receive:
An exclusive TNR Volunteer shirt to keep
Pre-Event Course Access (Bring Up to 5 Family & Friends!)
A Certificate of Volunteering / Contribution, which may support CVs, school records, service portfolios, and future applications
Training, food, and a full course experience before event weekend

The Ninja Run is a national movement designed to get people moving, connecting, laughing, puffing, and creating lifelong memories. Our volunteers play a huge role in bringing that experience to life - supporting runners, helping around the course, creating energy, and being part of a positive, fun, high-energy event team.
